Businessman Maksym Krippa, known for owning the iconic Parus business center and the historic Ukraine Hotel, is further diversifying his investment portfolio. His latest venture marks a significant step into the construction and residential development sector through a new partnership with the DIM development group.
As Dim’s press service confirmed, the agreement has been officially concluded, and both parties have already outlined priority directions for collaboration. This move enhances Krippa’s position in real estate, extending beyond commercial and hospitality assets into the residential market.
Over the last two years, businessman Maksym Krippa has established himself as a notable player in commercial real estate. Now, he is strategically branching out into housing by joining forces with the DIM Group. Oleksandr Nasikovskyi, DIM’s founder and managing partner, emphasized that Krippa will contribute to completing ongoing projects and initiating future developments.
One of the projects Krippa will now be involved in is The One, a modern residential complex located just 400 meters from his Parus business center, reinforcing the synergy between his assets.
“I am not just investing in DIM. I am stepping in as a co-owner of the entire group,” Krippa stated, signaling a deep commitment to the company’s long-term vision.
DIM is among the leading residential developers in Kyiv and its surrounding region, with more than 900,000 square meters of completed and upcoming developments. The company has delivered 356,000 square meters of housing and commercial real estate, providing homes to over 3,600 families. Six major projects with a combined area of 346,000 square meters are currently under active construction.
Krippa’s capital injection will help DIM complete its current projects and initiate new developments. His investment is expected to reduce the developer’s reliance on property sales, ensuring greater financial resilience and steady progress across its construction sites.
Given Krippa’s extensive background in managing landmark properties, his collaboration with DIM could significantly boost the company’s growth trajectory. His experience with high-value assets like the Parus Business Center and Ukraine Hotel illustrates his skill in maximizing returns and managing complex real estate infrastructure.
While commercial and residential development present distinct challenges, Krippa’s strategic mindset and operational expertise will likely enhance DIM’s capabilities, reinforcing its presence in the Ukrainian housing market and ensuring a more robust pipeline of future projects.
