Maksym Krippa is preparing to buy the capital Parus business center – AMCU

The Ukraine Antimonopoly Committee (UAMC) has approved Ola Fine LLC’s acquisition of Parus Holding LLC. Ola Fine is under Maksym Krippa’s control, while Parus Holding was owned by Vadym Stolar.

Research by YouControl reveals that ARS Capital, an entity managing Ola Fine LLC indirectly, is led by a prominent businessman. Vadym Stolar, through Genesis fund, held an 80% stake in Parus Holding LLC, the owner of Parus Business Center in Kyiv’s heart. Vadym Stolar’s former spouse, Inna Maistruk, holds the remaining 20% through Stream Investment fund.

The Parus Business Center, a top-tier Class A facility, stands out in Kyiv with its 33-story structure covering 70,000 square meters. This deal comes after the early 2021 transaction where Vagif Aliyev sold the business center to parliament member Vadym Stolar.
